Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise MDM solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in IBM MDM, SQL, data integration, data quality, and master data management processes, along with a solid understanding of enterprise data management principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain IBM MDM solutions for customer, product, supplier, and other master data domains.
- Configure and customize IBM MDM data models, business services, workflows, matching rules, and survivorship rules.
- Develop and support MDM integrations using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, merging, and data quality activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MDM applications and data quality.
- Create technical design documents, test cases, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
- Participate in code reviews,



performance tuning, and release management activities.
- Work closely with Data Governance, Data Quality, and Integration teams to ensure data consistency across enterprise systems.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM, IBM MDM Custom Edition, or IBM MDM Standard Edition.
- Hands-on experience in MDM data modeling, entity management, matching, and survivorship rules.
- Expertise in Java/J2EE, REST & SOAP Web Services, XML, and JSON.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
- Experience with ETL and Data Integration tools such as IBM DataStage, Informatica, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
- Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems and DevOps tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise MDM implementations.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
