Job Description :
1. 5 years+ IT programming and application design experience in relevant technology in a large IT site, predominantly development and support of Applications in the Insurance / Financial Services Domain.
2. 4 years + in Guidewire Policy Centre Insurance Domain Competencies & Experience, policy / claims lifecycle understanding
3. Strong knowledge of Policy Centre configuration, Data model, entity model, type lists, widgets, PCF methods, script parameters, business rule engine.
4. Skilled in setting up configuration wizard and configuring claim setup, LOB, validation rules, permission and contact roles.
5. Good grasp of event messaging ,
message payload generation ,claim pre-update and post-update rule engine.
6. Well versed in GOSU Classes. GUnit tests. GOSU Blocks, Queries & Bundles.
7. Robust knowledge to startable plugins, web services .
8. Hands on experience on SOAP/REST APIs.
9. Must know Java 8 or higher.
10. Desirable knowledge on containerization and DevOps technologies
11. Knowledge of Agile framework
12. Develop and deliver solid, scalable, robust solutions keeping the design in-line with existing standard framework
13. Strong analytical and logical thought process to be able to independently drive and influence positive changes
