- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Core HCM integrations using EIB (Enterprise Integration Bus) to integrate various systems with Workday.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for complex business processes.
- Develop custom code in Java or other programming languages as needed to support integration projects.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and provide technical guidance to team members.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM implementation or development.
- Solid understanding of Workday Integration architecture and its components such as Connectors, Adapters, etc.
- Proficiency in developing custom code in Java or similar programming languages.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise software implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
