- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring critical care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct regular rounds, monitor patient progress, and update records accordingly.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-21 years of experience in nursing or related field (ICN).
- Solid knowledge of infection control practices and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Certification as an Infection Control Nurse (ICN) preferred.
