Omega Healthcare Management Services is looking for experienced Medical Coding Trainers specializing in EM IP/OP Coding and Surgery Coding to join our team.

Locations:

- EM IP/OP Trainer - Hyderabad
- EM with Surgery Coding Trainer - Chennai

Eligibility Criteria:

4+ years of relevant experience in the respective specialty
Mandatory coding certification (CPC/CCS/CIC or equivalent)
Strong expertise in EM IP/OP or Surgery Coding
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Robust knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Passion for training, mentoring, and developing coding professionals

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver specialty-specific coding training programs
- Mentor and guide coders to improve quality and productivity
- Conduct audits, assessments, and refresher training sessions
- Track trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and client requirements
