Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and adoption of LeanIX across enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Build and scale internal capability on LeanIX, including training, best practices, and governance.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs, contributing architectural insights and solution strategies.
- Conduct client demos, orals, and show and tell sessions to articulate architecture value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals and IT strategy.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, including capability maps, application portfolios, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Mentor junior architects and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Qualifications:





- Proven hands-on experience with LeanIX in a qualified setting.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent (e.g., Zachman, ArchiMate).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Experience in leading architecture delivery for large-scale transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in cloud transformation, application rationalization, or IT portfolio management.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Prior experience in consulting or pre-sales roles is a plus.
