Costing Executive Roles & Responsibilities
* Prepare Cost Sheets for products, projects, and manufacturing processes by calculating material,
labor, and overhead costs.
* Analyze Cost Variances by comparing actual costs against budgeted or standard costs and
identifying areas for improvement.
* Support Quotation & Pricing Activities by providing accurate cost estimates and profitability
analysis for customer proposals.
* Monitor Inventory Costs including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, scrap, and wastage to
ensure accurate cost allocation.
* Generate MIS & Cost Reports on a monthly basis and present cost-related insights to
management for decision-making.
* Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Production, Procurement, Stores, and Finance
to collect data and implement cost-control measures.
* Identify Cost Reduction Opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance
operational efficiency and profitability
