About the Role
We are a solar EPC company executing solar power (PV) and solar thermal projects across multiple locations. We are looking for hands-on Site Supervisors who are willing to travel extensively and remain based at project sites for most of the project duration.

Key Responsibility

- Supervise solar PV and solar thermal installation, commissioning, and project execution at project sites.
- Manage installation of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cabling, solar collectors, piping, pumps, tanks, and control systems.
- Ensure installation work follows technical drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Manage site manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and daily work schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Clients, Vendors, and Contractors.
- Monitor daily site progress, installation activities, material usage, and work completion.
- Prepare daily progress reports, quality checklists, site reports, and safety records.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting,



inspection, and system handover.
- Identify and resolve basic installation, electrical, mechanical, and thermal system issues.
- Ensure proper coordination between solar installation teams and project management teams.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Solar EPC, Installation, or Project Execution.
- Experience in solar installation and commissioning is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively and stay at project sites for long durations.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV systems, thermal/hot water systems, piping, and equipment.
- Ability to read basic electrical/mechanical drawings and follow technical instructions.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
