Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining the store, and providing a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences.
- Explain product features, sizes, colours, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products.
- Maintain store cleanliness and grooming standards.
- Handle billing and other store-related activities when required.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification is Plus Two or other equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary:12000-15000

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
