About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Casino, iGaming, Sports Betting, or Gaming.

The ideal candidate understands performance-driven customer acquisition and is comfortable managing campaigns, analyzing data, optimizing funnels, and scaling profitable traffic across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across relevant paid acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimize campaigns based on CPA, FTD, ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and retention.
- Analyze campaign, player, and cohort data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and test different ad creatives, landing pages, offers, and acquisition strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Identify new acquisition channels, GEOs, audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with creative, product, CRM, affiliate, and analytics teams.
- Track and report campaign performance, budgets, and key business metrics.
- Ensure campaigns follow applicable advertising platform policies and local regulations.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or Growth Marketing.
- Previous experience in Casino, iGaming, Sports Betting, Gambling, or Gaming is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, or other paid media channels.
- Strong understanding of CPA, FTD, ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and retention.
- Experience with analytics and attribution tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Experience working across multiple GEOs is a plus.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
