Job Summary:
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the college’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and digital services. The role involves providing technical support to faculty, staff, and students, as well as managing hardware, software, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for students, faculty, and staff
- Manage campus network, Wi-Fi systems, and internet connectivity
- Maintain and monitor servers, databases, and backup systems
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and updated regularly
- Support smart classrooms,



projectors, and other educational technologies
- Maintain IT inventory including hardware and software licenses
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration (preferred)
- Knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
