POSITION : Site Supervisor (Interior Projects)

REPORTS TO : Project Manager

MIN QUALIFICATION : Diploma Civil

MIN EXPERIENCE : 0-2 years of work experience in similar role.

SALARY: Rs.15000 – 25000

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1) Obtaining site measurements.

2) Ensuring labors safety.

3) Managing sites and the labors.

4) Ensuring the work assigned gets completed within the stipulated period.

5) Inspection of materials delivered at site.

6) Monitoring various sites simultaneously.

7) Solving technical issues at site.

8) Co-ordinating with the vendors and getting estimates for the purchase.

9) Co-ordinating with the design team and executing the work.

10) Reporting the changes made by the client at the site to the design team.

11) Reporting daily progress report to office.

12) Making sure the materials sent to the site are used prominently and avoiding wastage of materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1) Should possess a 2-wheeler for local conveyance and fuel allowance shall be reimbursed.

2) Site execution knowledge and labor management skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
