Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Officer to act as the single point of contact for our clients across Accounts, Taxation, EXIM (Export-Import), and HR Management services. You will bridge the gap between clients and our internal specialist teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain compliance timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounting and EXIM clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal accounting, tax, and EXIM teams.
- Support the onboarding of new clients (KYC and agreements) and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor compliance deadlines for GST, Income Tax, ROC, DGFT, Customs, IEC, RCMC, LUT, ESI, and PF.
- Coordinate the collection of financial data from clients for tax and statutory filings.
- Assist clients with export-import documents and bank-related documentation (LC, FIRC,



BRC).

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in client relationship management (Experience in Accounts/CA Firm, EXIM Consultancy, or Logistics is preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in English & Tamil is required.
- Age Limit: 23 – 38 years.

Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC, ESI & PF compliance.
- Understanding of Import-Export procedures (IEC, DGFT, Customs documentation).
- Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
- Familiarity with Tally/ERP or CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
