Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute proactive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Operations Oversight: Supervise daily repairs, facility inspections, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and staff.
- Budget Management: Control departmental expenses, approve invoices, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations (such as OSHA standards).
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized technical work.Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in an Hospitality or commercial facility, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership Executive - HOD Role
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical,



electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
