Position : Quality Controller – Diamond Manufacturing

Job Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect rough and polished diamonds at various stages of production.
- Check diamond cut, shape, proportions, symmetry, polish, and finish according to company standards.
- Identify manufacturing defects, inclusions, scratches, chips, polishing marks, and other quality issues.
- Perform final quality inspection before diamonds are released for packing or dispatch.
- Use appropriate diamond inspection equipment, such as loupe, microscope, proportion scope, and other measuring instruments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in diamond manufacturing / diamond quality control is preferred.
- Good knowledge of diamond characteristics and manufacturing processes.
- Positive knowledge of diamond grading parameters such as 4Cs – Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight.
- Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in diamond quality control or diamond manufacturing.
- Experience with microscopic inspection and diamond grading is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
