Experienced E-Commerce Sales & Account Manager

GST Solutions and Consultant is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales & Account Manager who can independently handle and grow seller accounts on Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Main Responsibility – Increase Sales

The primary responsibility will be to increase sales of both existing and newly onboarded sellers.

We are looking for someone who understands that sales growth is not only about running advertisements. The candidate should know how to identify and use organic opportunities such as product optimisation, search visibility, ranking, pricing, catalogue quality, conversion improvement, competitor analysis, offers and other marketplace strategies.

The candidate should be able to take an existing account with low/zero sales, analyse what is wrong, identify why competitors are getting orders and implement a practical strategy to improve sales.

Responsibilities

- Grow sales of existing seller accounts and newly onboarded sellers.
- Analyse low-performing/dead accounts and develop strategies to revive them.
- Identify why products are not getting views, clicks or orders.
- Analyse competitors and marketplace trends to find sales opportunities.
- Improve organic visibility, ranking and product conversion.
- Use advertisements, campaigns and promotions where necessary, but not depend only on paid advertising.
- Create and optimise new product listings and catalogues.
- Handle complete seller account operations including inventory, orders, returns, RTO, account health and support tickets.
- Manage new seller onboarding and complete marketplace setup.
- Monitor sales performance and continuously test strategies to improve results.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports using Excel.
- Handle Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplace-related issues independently.

Candidate We Need

- 2+ years of practical e-commerce experience preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience with Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart and/or Myntra.




- Must understand organic as well as paid methods of increasing marketplace sales.
- Should be able to independently analyse an account and decide what needs to be changed to increase sales.
- Must be capable of handling the complete e-commerce process, from new seller onboarding and product listing to account management and sales growth.
- Good computer and Excel skills.
- Must be proactive, analytical and result-oriented.

This is NOT a simple data-entry, product-uploading or order-processing job. The main goal is SALES GROWTH.

Salary

₹10,000+ per month, depending on practical experience, skills and interview performance. Higher salary may be considered for candidates with solid proven e-commerce sales-growth experience.

Office: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
