Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions for B2B clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization best practices.
- Develop detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in Salesforce (B2B).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features such as Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes/Interfaces/Triggers.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholders across various departments.
