Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, vendors, and project management for smooth execution.
- Ensure construction and development work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical or construction-related issues.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship used at the site.
- Check measurements and quantities of completed work for billing and verification purposes.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, measurements, and site records.
- Monitor the availability and proper usage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site safety standards.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for road work, drainage, electrical work, water facilities, landscaping, and other infrastructure activities.
- Track project progress and report delays, material requirements, and site issues to the management.




- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with surveyors and other technical teams for site measurements, leveling, marking, and layout verification.
- Handle customer/site-related technical queries when required and support the sales and management teams during site visits.
- Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
- Perform other technical and site-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in real estate, land development, residential projects, or construction is preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil works, measurements, drawings, and site supervision.
- Ability to coordinate with workers and contractors effectively.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in outdoor environments.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also be considered.
