Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Relations / Placements
- Strong experience in corporate engagement and employer relationship management
- Good network and established connections with employers and recruiters across India
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently drive corporate hiring requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates and employers across India
- Visit and engage with companies to understand their hiring and manpower requirements
- Generate and secure corporate hiring requirements for students/candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Coordinate with corporates for job opportunities, interviews, and placement drives
- Understand industry hiring trends and identify potential employer partnerships
- Work closely with internal placement/training teams to fulfil corporate requirements




- Track and achieve placement and corporate engagement targets

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with strong experience in Corporate Placements / Corporate Relations / Business Development
- Candidates with an established Pan-India employer and recruiter network
- Candidates who have handled corporate tie-ups and bulk hiring requirements
- Candidates with experience in a Placement Manager / Corporate Relations Manager role will be preferred
- Strong field-level corporate engagement and relationship management experience
