We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Mushroom Backend Executive to support the day-to-day backend operations of mushroom farming activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production records, coordinating with farm teams, monitoring operational data, and preparing regular reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily records related to mushroom production, harvesting, and dispatch.
- Collect and update production data from mushroom farm locations.
- Coordinate with Farm Managers and Area Managers for daily operational updates.
- Monitor mushroom production, yield, wastage, and stock details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain records of raw materials, growing materials, packaging materials, and other farm requirements.
- Track inventory and coordinate with relevant teams for material requirements.
- Verify and organize farm-related data and documentation.
- Follow up with farm teams regarding pending reports and operational updates.




- Identify discrepancies in production or inventory data and report them to the concerned management.
- Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
- Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams whenever required.
- Assist management in preparing operational MIS reports and performance summaries.
- Ensure timely submission of all required reports and records.

Skills Required

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic understanding of inventory and operational processes.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn mushroom farming and agricultural operations.
