Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial reporting outputs and supporting schedules for internal and external use.
- Analyze financial data, identify variances, and summarize key trends for management review.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end and period-end close activities.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reporting models and reconciliations.
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and improve finance processes.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, or finance analysis.
- Strong finance background with practical financial accounting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and reconciliation work.
- Experience supporting regulatory or external reporting requirements.
- Ability to analyze data accurately and improve recurring finance processes.

Good to Have:

- Accounting knowledge and exposure to stakeholder management in a finance workplace.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
