Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

The selected DevOps Engineer will join a world-class engineering team responsible for designing, automating, and scaling the infrastructure, systems, and services that support KLAs software products and development ecosystem. This individual will play a key role in driving automation, infrastructure modernization, and CI/CD excellence while enabling engineering teams to deliver software safely, reliably, and efficiently at scale.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI Agents / Agentic AI Frameworks for DevOps practices/process, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud technologies, container orchestration, and automation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions, improve platform reliability, and establish engineering best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines for intelligent code review, deployment validation, root cause analysis and change impact assessment.
- Build and maintain knowledge repositories, AI skills, prompts, and contextual data sources that improve the effectiveness of AI systems across the software development lifecycle.




- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Deploy, operate, and optimize containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Automate operational and deployment processes using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
- Collaborate with software development, quality engineering, and infrastructure teams to accelerate software delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement contemporary DevOps solutions to enhance developer productivity and platform performance.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, platform standardization, and engineering excellence initiatives across global teams.

Minimum Qualifications

- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 2-3 Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI Frameworks for DevOps practices/processes
