We are seeking a highly analytical and service-oriented Business Process expert -skilled to support service operations across the APAC region. The role is responsible for enterprise system administration, business reporting, data governance, user support, and process optimization. Working across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, this position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and effective business decision-making

Responsibilities

- Administer and support Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and other business applications, including user access, master data, and system configurations
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and related tools
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and seamless integration across enterprise platforms while resolving user and system issues
- Manage master data, reporting structures, and operational datasets to support business and regional reporting requirements
- Create and maintain documentation, governance standards, and training materials to support effective system usage and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements,



reporting enhancements, and operational excellence initiatives

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business systems administration, reporting, data management, or operational support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI mandatory and preferable experience in SAP, , SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Preferably Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, data integration, reporting automation, and service operations environments
