Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of overall experience in developing, deploying and operating AI models, algorithms or AI-enabled applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing and Large Language Model applications.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents, RAG pipelines, NLP workflows or GenAI solutions is preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R, with practical experience in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn and specialised NLP / LLM frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices, including model lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, monitoring, evaluation and operational support.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS,



Google Cloud Platform or Azure for AI model development, deployment and operations.
- Valuable understanding of data governance, privacy, information security, technology risk and compliance requirements for AI systems in regulated environments.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to improve model performance and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with product owners, platform teams, data teams and business stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, fintech or regulated enterprise environments is a plus.
