Experience: 1-8 Years

Location: Mepz, Chennai

Working Days & Hours : 5 days, US Shift timings(3.30PM to 1.30 AM)/Europe Shift(12-9PM)

Job Type: Office(No Hybrid/Remote)

The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer markets, achieving assigned sales targets,



and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate revenue from assigned customer accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Protect and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer engagement activities.
- Obtain accurate sales forecasts from customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Services, Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and Business Units.
- Develop and execute effective account plans.
