- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the procurement, accounts, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Follow up on pending payments and support the collection process.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Support and guide Sales Executives/Field Sales team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Meet assigned sales,



revenue, and collection targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HORECA, hospitality, hotel supplies, kitchen equipment, FMCG, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Robust customer relationship and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
