Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in sales and business development. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Convert cold calls, leads, and enquiries into registrations.
- Generate new leads through college and corporate visits.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleges and corporate organizations.
- Conduct business meetings and coordinate with potential clients.
- Assist in achieving admission and business development targets.
- Coordinate and support training batches and related activities.
- Maintain lead and customer records using MS Excel and other office applications.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of sales and business development activities.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field; freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for college and corporate visits.
- A Computer Science/IT background will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
