- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming positions.
- Review resumes and profiles to assess candidates against job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.
- Create targeted Boolean searches and innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
- Track candidate activity, follow-ups, submissions, and pipeline status accurately in the ATS/CRM.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records and ensure data accuracy across recruitment systems.
- Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels to improve candidate reach and response rates.
- Support recruiters with candidate shortlisting, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups as required.
- Meet sourcing targets, turnaround times, and quality expectations while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
