Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, project sales, solution sales or channel sales within Building Automation, BMS, Smart Building, Home Automation, Electrical Automation, HVAC Automation, ELV, IoT, Security Solutions or related industries.

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Project Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in selling technical solutions, automation products or building-related technology solutions.
- Experience in dealing with commercial projects, builders,



developers, consultants, contractors, system integrators or corporate customers.
- Strong experience in lead generation, customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Experience in preparing quotations, techno-commercial proposals and negotiating with customers.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
