- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place
- Assist in cooking, plating & food presentation
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation
- Minimize food wastage
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation & cooking
- Hotel Management / Culinary course preferred
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
