Required Skillsets :
Hands-on expertise in administering and maintaining ERPNext/Frappe in a production environment.
Proficiency in configuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), workflows, automations, and user permissions.
Strong capability in Linux server administration, MariaDB management, backup, recovery, and system upgrades.
Experience in building dashboards, reports, SQL queries, and data-driven insights for business stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage system audits, SOP documentation, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
