Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Swastik Universal, Recent Magdalla, Surat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2+ Years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Location Update: Office will shift to VIP Road, Vesu, Surat after Diwali.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle sales and purchase entries and daily accounting transactions.
- Maintain and verify stock records and perform stock reconciliation.
- Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Assist with GST and TDS workings and compliance.
- Verify accounting entries, invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
- Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts assistant roles.
- Hands-on experience in sales and purchase accounting.
- Good knowledge of stock reconciliation and bank reconciliation.




- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
