Job Overview

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our growing healthcare and wellness team.

The selected candidates will connect with customers who have already submitted enquiries, understand their requirements, explain suitable consultation and healthcare services, and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a stable career in telesales and customer consultation.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers who have submitted online enquiries.
- Understand customer concerns and requirements professionally.
- Explain relevant healthcare consultation and wellness services.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified enquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build a skilled and comfortable relationship with customers over the phone.




- Coordinate with the internal team whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills are sufficient; fluency is not mandatory.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Candidates should be comfortable discussing healthcare and wellness-related products and services professionally.
- Looking for candidates interested in a stable, long-term office-based opportunity.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
