Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries and provide project details to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Maintain client database and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

How can you make an Impact?

1. Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.

2. Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits, while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated timeframes.

3. Collaborate with back-office, legal,



and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.

4. Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution.

5. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives.

6. Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.

- Handle customer meetings, property showings, and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings.
- Maintain daily sales tracker and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and CRM teams for lead and payment flow.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
