- Develop and implement formulations for solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules) in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize formulations that meet product requirements.
- Conduct stability studies, dissolution testing, and other analytical methods to ensure product quality.
- Provide technical guidance on formulation development, processing, and manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in formulation development for solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules).
- Robust understanding of GMP regulations and their application in formulation development.
- Experience in NPD (New Product Development) projects from concept to launch is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of formulation science including excipients, process conditions, equipment selection etc.
