- Manage Retail WH operations independently
- Understanding of warehouse operations KRA/KPI.
- Lead a team of 15-30 executives.
- Mis reporting skills.
- Controls inventory levels by reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security.
- Customer focused & results driven approach.
Candidate requirements
- BE/B.Tech / Any Degree with proven experience in Warehouse operations.
- 2- 4 years of Warehousing & E-Commerce experience preferably in H&B;/FMCG
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience of WMS/ERPRole & responsibilities
