Job Description
- Manage overall branch operations and drive gold loan business growth.
- Achieve branch sales, revenue and portfolio targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch team effectively.
- Ensure smooth gold loan operations from customer acquisition to loan closure.
- Monitor gold appraisal, KYC, cash handling and documentation as per company guidelines.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Drive customer acquisition, renewals, collections and cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor branch performance, portfolio quality and daily operations.
Key Responsibility: Manage the end-to-end branch business, team customer service.
