- Experience with Prompt Engineering and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into SAP applications.
- Experience with SAP Document Information Extraction (Document AI).
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine.
- Development experience using SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js, or Python.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and cloud-based services.
