Role & responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls to targeted leads to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet them.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, communications, and account statuses within our CRM system.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Proven track record in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or client retention roles (Service industry experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, empathetic phone presence.
- Resilience: Robust objection-handling skills and the emotional resilience required for high-volume cold calling.
