Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bulk hiring processes for various roles across multiple locations.

- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new employees understand company policies and procedures.

- Develop and implement effective induction programs to welcome new joiners.

- Oversee regional management activities, including training initiatives to enhance employee performance.

- Coordinate mass recruitment drives to fill large volumes of open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.

- Robust understanding of sales hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring principles.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Must be comfortable to visit on different branches
