What you'll do:

- Connect with clients through outbound calls to pitch unsecured business loans.
- Understand customers business needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Manage leads from initial enquiry and application through documentation, verification, approval follow-ups, and disbursal.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams to resolve queries and ensure timely processing.
- Build solid customer relationships through responsive service, regular follow-ups, and post-disbursal support.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, application updates, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Must have:

- 1+ yr unsecured business loans sales experience in NBFC/Fintech
- Strong MSME/unsecured lending knowledge
- Proven disbursal track record
- Comfortable with high call volumes & targets
