- Manage compensation and benefits programs for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
- Collaborate with HR team to design and administer benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, etc.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee compensation packages.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, laws, regulations (e.g., FLSA).
- Proficiency in payroll processing software (e.g., ADP) or ability to quickly learn recent systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
