Job Description: Industrial trainer Mechanical / Sheet Metal
Location: Lucknow , Mahanagar

Salary: 1 lakh to 1.5 lakhs per month

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Trainer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Sheet Metal, and factory operations.
The ideal candidate will preferably be a retired qualified from a manufacturing or engineering factory who is eager to continue working and share practical industry knowledge with young employees and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities

- Train and guide employees on practical factory working methods and industrial discipline.
- Provide hands-on training related to sheet metal, mechanical work, machines, tools, and production processes.
- Train and mentor:
- Diploma holders
- ITI-qualified employees
- Supervisors
- Junior technical staff

- Explain the correct and safe way to operate and handle factory machines and equipment.
- Train employees in workplace safety,



machine safety, quality standards, and preventive practices.
- Teach employees how to improve productivity, efficiency, and time management.
- Guide supervisors on manpower handling, work allocation, production planning, and shop-floor management.
- Develop good working habits, discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour among employees.

Candidate Profile

- 25+ years of relevant industrial/factory experience preferred.
- Strong practical experience in Mechanical Engineering / Sheet Metal / Manufacturing.
- Experience training or mentoring ITI holders, Diploma holders, supervisors, or shop-floor workers will be highly preferred.
- Candidates who have retired from a reputed factory or manufacturing organization are especially encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
