Job description

1. We are looking for a Bangalore/Mumbai Based Business Development/Sales Professional having minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, and capable of handling Indian (Bangalore + Chennai Centric) and Global Business Development Mandates on IP and allied Corporate/Commercial Law oriented Legal Offerings of Khurana & Khurana (www.khuranaandkhurana.com) and IIPRD, including reaching out (through strategic email campaigns, professional network platforms, conferences, and calls) to potential clients/leads, explaining IP/Patent Support Services that K&K; focus on including managing client relationships and handling client engagements. It would be strongly preferred if the colleague has prior exposure to IP matters and has clarity on IP laws in general.

2. The candidate would be expected to work independently on focused and clear mandates with defined expectations and would be reporting directly to a firm partner. The candidate should be matured, self-motivated, focused on BD mandates, and thorough professional,



with simple and humble attitude.

3. Work Location would be Bangalore Office of Khurana and Khurana, and therefore colleagues intending to work in any other office location are requested not to apply for this role. 4. Professionals should possess extremely strong written and verbal/communication skills and should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, brand building, digital marketing, running email campaigns, and should be comfortable executing target-based assignments. Fluency in Kannada and English is Mandatory.

5. Should be willing to work independently and take complete responsibility of mandates allocated.

6. Prior experience on IP/Patent mandates would be really helpful.
