Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage breakdown maintenance activities in the paint shop to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce overall maintenance costs.
- Analyze breakdowns using tools like FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and enhance overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in electrical maintenance, plastic injection molding, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of breakdown analysis, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance principles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities in an industrial setting such as a paint shop.
