- Should have a knowledge of Molding machine and experience in plastic parts manufacturing company. Majorly preferred in Auto Ind.
- Able to Handle the Whole Shift & Complete Production As Per Production Plan.
- Taking Care Molding Department and Assembly line and dispatch
- Line balancing for productivity improvement.
- Make All Check Sheets And Other Documents Related To Shop Floor.
- Should able to Do Current Mold Trial & Making Mold Trial Report And M/C. Process Std.
- Maintaining 5s Of Shop Floor And Providing Timely Basis Training of Troubleshooting, Safety, And Quality To Associate.
- Responsible For Problem Identifying & Solving In Process, Analysis and Implementation Of Corrective and Preventive Action on Internal & External Customer Complaints By Adopting Problem Solving Techniques.




- Monitoring and maintaining Daily MIS,
- Preparation of Plant Loading, Machine Loading, and Production Planning and Prepare M/C Capacity as Per Monthly Req.
- To Coordinate with Supporting Department For Timely Availability Of Required Resources.
- Should able to Do Daily Rejection Analysis Of Assembly & Molding Component And Make Countermeasure.
- Daily production targets gap review with team.
- Responsible for internal audits and Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Knowledge of TPS System, Poka yoke and 4m change management.
- Should able to handle ISO, IATF and MACE audits
