Designation: Telecalling Executive
Location: Thane, and Bengaluru
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry: Interior Design / Home Interiors
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday–Sunday)
Weekly Off: Monday
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and cold calling to prospective customers.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective telecalling.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
Convert inquiries into qualified, sales-ready leads.
Maintain regular customer follow-ups and engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Preferred Candidate Background

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.

Candidates with experience in the interior design or home interiors industry will be preferred.
