Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and CTC.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support the hiring process until joining.
- Work on IT profiles such as Java, .NET, MERN, QA, DevOps, Python, etc.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
- Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn IT technologies and recruitment processes.
