Job Description

- Strong experience in SAP ABAP development with good exposure to SAP HCM/HR processes.
- Should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms.
- Experience in ABAP Objects, Reports, ALV, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancements.
- Good understanding of SAP HCM/HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Experience in developing and supporting HR-related custom programs, interfaces and reports.
- Should have experience with RFC, IDoc, Web Services/OData and integration scenarios.
- Positive knowledge of debugging, performance optimization and technical issue resolution.
- Experience in analysing functional requirements and converting them into technical specifications and ABAP solutions.
- Should have experience in production support, testing, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills with functional and technical teams.
