Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, customize and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform ServiceNow Development and Administration activities including scripting, configuration, customization, users, roles, groups and ACLs.
- Work on ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
- Work on ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps and GRC modules as applicable.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and related ServiceNow components.
- Develop custom applications and solutions using JavaScript, GlideRecord and ServiceNow scripting.
- Design and implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST API and other web services.
- Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration and production support activities.
- Perform ServiceNow Testing and test automation using ATF (Automated Test Framework) where applicable.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project teams to understand requirements and deliver ServiceNow solutions.




- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment and technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-12years of overall IT experience with relevant hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
- Robust experience in one or more areas of the ServiceNow platform.
- Candidates from ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, Consultant, Architect, Implementation, Integration, Testing/QA or Support backgrounds are welcome.
- Experience in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps or GRC.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Development, Administration and platform configuration.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, GlideRecord, Flow Designer, REST API and ServiceNow Integration is preferred.
- Experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Implementation and ServiceNow Testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS are an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
